I'm stuck now, again. This time, i'm having trouble trying to decide whether to simply follow the good advice i just read from Thanissaro Bhikkhu (Geoffrey DeGraff) in his Basic Breath Meditation Instructions, about having goodwill towards our selves and extending it to all others, or apply the following neologism i just received from the Urban Dictionary to some lies someone close has written and told about me (albeit with very good reasons for being angry with me).

From the Urban Word of the Day mailing list:

March 13, 2007: Truthenize

1.To brilliantly inform someone of a harsh truth that they were either ignorant of or tried with everything they have to ignore. The resulting truth leaves the liar impotent. Powerless. Usually a truth about themselves. Like Euthenize. But with the truth.

2. To call somone out on a huge lie.

1. Man, the Scooter Libby indictment and the lack of WMD in Iraq fully truthenized Rumsfeld and Cheney.

2. Dude, at the end of A Few Good Men, Jack Nicholson gets truthenized.
I'll meditate on it using Thanissaro Bhikkhu's advice. But i suspect i may still try truthenize my wife before the end of next month...
